1. Eligibility
Camellia is intended for use by educational institutions, their staff, and parents. You must be authorized by a registered school to access or administer the platform.
2. Account Registration
Schools are required to:
Provide accurate information during setup
Obtain parent/guardian consent to share student data (where applicable)
Keep login credentials secure
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Camellia for spam or unsolicited messages
Transmit inappropriate or harmful content
Tamper with or reverse engineer the platform
Violate WhatsApp’s or Meta’s policies
4. Messaging on WhatsApp
All communication is routed via the official WhatsApp Business API
Message templates are pre-approved by WhatsApp
Session messages are time-limited (as per WhatsApp’s policy)
5. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Camellia platform, including branding, code, and UI/UX design, are owned by [Company Name].
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these terms
You misuse the WhatsApp channel
You fail to comply with data protection obligations
7. Limitation of Liability
Camellia is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:
WhatsApp delivery delays or failures
Data inaccuracies provided by the school
Technical issues beyond our control
